We build new substations on a turnkey basis and reconstruct existing ones with higher-capacity power transformers, from design and equipment supply to energisation.

In 2025–2026 GRIDCON ENERGY is delivering six substations in Tashkent with a combined capacity of 436.3 MVA under EPC contracts: the new 80 MVA Iyk Ota 110/35/10 kV substation with a 110 kV cable line, and the reconstruction of five operating substations — Prigorodnaya, Bibliotechnaya, Vystavochnaya, Uzgarish and Sevinch.
We reconstruct with as few customer outages as possible: power transformers are replaced with higher-capacity units, switchgear and protection are renewed, and the facility is energised and handed over into operation.
