EPC+F: turnkey power facilities with financing
We work under the EPC+F model. The client gets a finished, energised facility and a single party responsible for design, supply, construction and financing.

EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) is a model in which one contractor is responsible for design, equipment supply and construction. The F means we also offer project financing options.
All three of the company’s key projects are delivered under EPC contracts: the new Iyk Ota substation in Tashkent, the Nurabad — Khalqa 500 kV line for ACWA Power and the reconstruction of five Tashkent substations. Installation is done by our own crews: 50 electricians, 30 engineers and specialists and 20 general construction workers.
